Look out for a comment/clue, which looks like this:

Then just replace the word before .html with the solution.

I can't get through 2a now! Ive deciphered the message, but don't know what it means, and I don't know what to do with gif. Any help will be greatly appreciated

first of all, I love this game!! Second: right now I kind of hate it ....... I'm stuck on level 39. I've read the hints, I know what I'm supposed to look for, but I just can't find it...!!! Can somebody give me a hint/clue other than what's already on the forums?

I looked up the page title, but according to wikipedia it stands for around 15 things! I think the medical one is the most likely, but I can't find anything associated to the question in the source. (I know that I have to find HIS real name, but cant find anything related to him anywhere)
